The extinguisher is charged with distilled water + AFFF foam 3% conforming to IS 4989:2018, activated by a 120 g CO₂ gas cartridge as per IS 4947.
The body is made from Stainless Steel 304 with a 1.5 mm thick sheet, undergoing a 7-tank anti-corrosion process and epoxy powder coating (minimum 50 microns). The discharge valve is forged brass.
Each unit includes 1 fully assembled fire extinguisher and 1 wall mounting bracket, packed in a corrugated box (190 mm × 190 mm × 600 mm).
