The ABC Dry Chemical Powder Modular Fire Extinguisher (10 KG) is a ceiling-mounted automatic fire suppression system designed for medium-scale fire risks. It comes with a nominal charge of 10 kg (±2%) of ABC dry chemical powder. The unit is constructed from Mild Steel (MS) Sheet using the MIG welding process and features a brass forged sprinkler-type valve. The extinguisher is internally and externally coated with epoxy powder for enhanced corrosion resistance.

The extinguisher undergoes a 7-tank anti-corrosion process, followed by an epoxy powder coating with a minimum thickness of 50 microns.

It is suitable for Class A (solid fuel), Class B (liquid fuel), Class C (gaseous fires), and electrically started fires.
It uses a glass bulb sensing element rated at 68°C. When the ambient temperature reaches this point, the bulb ruptures and the unit automatically discharges ABC dry powder through the brass sprinkler-type valve.
Area coverage is approximately 4 m² with volume coverage of approximately 14 m³. Effective discharge time is about 12–15 seconds with minimum discharge of 95%. Recommended mounting height is approximately 2.5 m.
It is charged with Mono Ammonium Phosphate (50% or 90%) conforming to IS 4308:2019, suitable for multi-class fire protection in enclosed and unattended areas.
Each pack includes 1 modular fire extinguisher and 1 MS ceiling mounting stand, packed in a corrugated box.
